  2. Send us your Laptop – Please include copy of your invoice
  3. We fix your laptop and send it back

We do not do data backup or data retrieval!

Please backup all your personal data (documents, pictures, videos, music etc.) and make sure you have copies of your software and licences.

Some repair services like Hard Drive replacement will require OS reload and that means that your data will not be there.


What if...?

What if we cannot repair your laptop?

If we cannot repair it we will replace it at our expense with same model or better unit or allow upgrade to newer unit with $99.00 discount.
Of course, a member of the ITRenewDirect.com team will contact you to confirm unit replacement with you before we proceed.

What if I do not want my laptop replaced with other one?

We will return the unit and issue you full refund!
We pay for return shipping!


Warranty

All repairs and replacement parts include a limited 90 day warranty from date of repair.

We guarantee that repairs will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
